Ada yang tahu apa itu 420?

Saya tidak tahu... tapi saya mencari tahu dan akhirnya tahu...!

Ringkasan dari artikel yang saya baca kalau kamu terlalu malas membaca dalam bahasa Inggris, adalah :

1. 420 adalah bahasa kode dari genk Waldo para pelajar SMA San Rafael pencinta ganja di tahun 1971.
2. 420 adalah waktu, yakni pukul 4:20 pm atau 16:20.
3. 420 adalah estimasi waktu berkumpul untuk mengganja yang tepat setelah pulang sekolah dan menyusuri taman untuk mencari tanaman ganja senior mereka yang tersembunyi (yang tak pernah mereka temukan) dan kembali berkumpul di patung Louis Pasteur.
4. Di San Fransisco dan Santa Cruz serta beberapa tempat lainnya, 420 telah dijadikan tanggal konsumsi ganja nasional (Setiap 20 April, pukul 16:20 atau 4:20 PM).
5. 420 bukan kode polisi, bukan jumlah kandungan kimiawi ganja, juga sama sekali tidak berkaitan dengan perpasalan atau hukum ganja apalagi dengan waktu minum teh x_x  ==  420 murni bahasa kode/isyarat untuk waktunya mengganja dari geng Waldo para pelajar SMA itu.

To add to the definition regarding "The Waldos," I'd like to note that in an article of High Times containing an interview with the waldos, one of them told this story:
We had heard rumors that one of the members brothers had planted a pot patch in the wooded area around town. We all wanted to go look for this patch of weed, so we devised to meet eachother by the statue of Louis Pasteur after school. Since we all had after school activities or electives that lasted about fifty minutes, and since it took about ten minutes to get from school to our after school activities, and another ten minutes to walk from the activites to the statue. Since there were many of us we decided that 420 would be a good time to meet so we could go search for the patch of pot. We never did find it, but we had lots of fun getting high while trying to look for it.

Therefore, when they were at school, when they saw eachother between classes they would secretively say "420" and maybe give the thumb-and-pointer-finger-to-the-mouth sign to indicate that that was when they would meet to look for the weed patch. Since the waldos were such legendary potheads, when people who were not waldos saw this, it caught on and they assumed it was a secret code word for pot.

420, 4:20, or 4/20 (pronounced four-twenty) is a code-term that refers to the consumption of cannabis and by extension, as a way to identify oneself with cannabis subculture or simply cannabis itself. Observances based on the number 420 include smoking cannabis around the time 4:20 p.m. (with some sources also indicating 4:20 a.m.^[1][2]) on any given day, as well as smoking and celebrating cannabis on the date April 20 (4/20 in U.S. form).^[3]

A widely discussed story says that a group of teenagers in San Rafael, California,^[4][5] calling themselves the Waldos,^[6]because, "their chosen hang-out spot was a wall outside the school",^[7] used the term in connection with a fall 1971 plan to search for an abandoned cannabis crop that they had learned about.^[6][8] The Waldos designated the Louis Pasteurstatue on the grounds of San Rafael High School as their meeting place, and 4:20 p.m. as their meeting time.^[7] The Waldos referred to this plan with the phrase "4:20 Louis". Multiple failed attempts to find the crop eventually shortened their phrase to simply "4:20", which ultimately evolved into a codeword that the teens used to mean marijuana-smoking in general.^[8] Mike Edison says that Steve Hager of High Times was responsible for taking the story about the Waldos to "mind-boggling, cult like extremes" and "suppressing" all other stories about the origin of the term.^[9]

Hager wrote "Stoner Smart or Stoner Stupid?" in which he called for 4:20 p.m. to be the socially accepted hour of the day to consume cannabis.^[10] He attributes the early spread of the phrase to Grateful Dead followers, who were also linked to the city of San Rafael.^[10]

Sebuah Refleksi Pelawanan Panjang Merebut Keadilan

"Tubuh perempuan  itu terbaring kaku membiru, dihancurkan oleh sebuah rezim yang takut akan hadirnya kekuatan-keuatan baru yang dapat menghacurkan tirani yang telah mereka bangun dan akan mengancam kekuasaan mereka. Namun jiwanya tak dapat mereka hancurkan, ruhnya masih terus mengalir didalam hati dan denyut nadi perlawanan kaum buruh dan rakyat Indonesia menentang ketidak-adilan !!!”

Seperti kebanyakan gadis kecil lainnya, siang itu Marsinah membantu bibiknya memasak didapur seusai pulang dari sekolah.  Dan ketika matahari sudah berada tepat di atas kepala, iapun bergegas mengantarkan makanan itu untuk pamannya disawah. “Dia sering mengirim bontotan ke sawah untuk saya. Kalau panas atau hujan, biasanya anak itu memakai payung dari pelepah pisang”, tutur Suradji, paman Marsinah. Memang sejak kecil Marsinah di asuh oleh nenek dan bibiknya, ibu Marsinah sendiri telah meninggal pada saat ia berusia 3 tahun. Kebiasaan bersahajapun lahir dari seorang Marsinah kecil, tak jarang ditengah waktu luangnya ia berjualan makanan untuk sekedar mendapatkan uang jajan.

Beranjak dewasa, Marsinah mulai mencoba untuk mandiri dengan mondok di kota Nganjuk. Ia melanjutkan pendidikannya di SMA Muhammadyah ketika itu. Disana ia dikenal sebagai salah seorang siswi yang cerdas, bahkan kerap mengukir prestasi. Semangat belajarnya yang tinggi serta hobinya membaca telah menghantarkan ia mendapatkan peringkat juara kelas. Banyak guru dan teman-teman sekolahnya, masih mengingat betul sosok seorang Marsinah muda yang rajin dan bersahaja itu. Dimata mereka kala itu, Marsinah muda bukan saja sosok seorang siswi yang cerdas dan berprestasi, namun juga kesetiakawanannya terhadap beberapa teman membuat ia tak mudah untuk dilupakan. Semenjak SMA, Marsinah bercita-cita melanjutkan pendidikan untuk menjadi seorang sarjana hukum.

Namun kenyataan berkata lain, garis kemiskinan yang luar biasa telah menyeret marsinah muda dan cita-citanya kedalam kantong-kantong penghisapan kala itu. Selepas lulus SMA, Marsinah tidak bisa langsung melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi untuk menggapai cita-citanya. Ia dipaksa berserah pada kemiskinan dan biaya pendidikan yang sangatlah mahal bagi seorang Marsinah. Namun bagi seorang Marsinah dan semangat belajarnya yang tinggi itu bukanlah hal teramat berat baginya, kini ia memutuskan untuk mulai mencari pekerjaan agar dapat melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi seperti yang ia cita-citakan.

Inilah babak baru kehidupan seorang Marsinah, kini ia bersentuhan langsung dengan kerasnya kehidupan ditengah-tengah deru mesin industri. Puluhan kilometer ia berjalan meninggalkan desanya, membawa sebuah harapan akan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Keputusan untuk meninggalkan desanya itu bukanlah tanpa alasan, mengingat kesempatan kerja yang sangat sempit didesanya. Di tempat asalnya, Nganjuk, sebagian besar mata pencaharian penduduknya adalah bertani. Namun kini ditambah perkembangan tehnologi yang semakin pesat, sudah barang tentu ikut mengurangi kebutuhan akan tenaga kerjanya. Peluh-peluh keringat itu kini telah berganti rupa menjadi traktor-traktor dan alat-alat yang lebih efesien. Buruh tanipun telah semakin tersingkirkan, dan dipaksa pindah beratus-ratus kilometer untuk dapat menyambung hidupnya.

Langkah Marsinah kini terhenti didepan sebuah meja personalia pabrik sepatu di Surabaya dan memulai kehidupannya sebagai seorang buruh perempuan di pabrik tersebut. Seperti halnya perempuan-perempuan desa yang lain, yang juga terpaksa turun ke kantong-kantong industri karna kemiskinan yang semakin menggerus kehidupannya didesa. Setidaknya, inilah harapan mereka satu-satunya agar dapat bertahan hidup dan membantu menggerakan roda perekonomian keluarganya. Hingga setahun berlalu, akhirnya ia memutuskan untuk pindah ke pabrik arloji Empat Putra Surya di Rungkut Industri, sebelum akhirnya ia pindah mengikuti perusahaan tersebut yang membuka cabang di Siring, Porong, Sidoarjo. Saat itulah Marsinah akhirnya bertemu dengan keadilan yang nampaknya jauh dari mereka kaum-kaum buruh dan rakyat miskin.

Kegetiran hidup nyatanya tidaklah membuat api semangat Marsinah menjadi padam. Ditengah perjuangannya untuk bertahan hidup, Marsinah masih menyisakan sedikit harapannya untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Cita-citanya untuk menjadi seorang sarjana hukum tak bisa terbendung oleh kerasnya kehidupan ditengah mesin-mesin industri. Hal inilah yang membuat seorang Marsinah dengan tekad dan keberaniannya berusaha keras untuk menuntut hak atas upah dan keadilan baginya juga rekan-rekannya sesama buruh ditempat ia bekerja. Hingga akhirnya keberanian dan tekadnya tersebutlah yang menghantarkan Marsinah kedalam perjuangan, yang ternyata belum juga berakhir hingga hari ini.

Keberhasilan Marsinah mengorganisir rekan-rekannya sesama buruh ditempat ia bekerja untuk menuntut upah layak sebagai mana yang ditetapkan oleh Gubernur kala itu, telah menghantarkan Marsinah kedepan moncong-moncong senjata represifisme militer Orde Baru. Memang seperti itulah kenyataannya waktu itu. Buruh hanya dianggap sebagai sapi-sapi perahan yang dapat diperas tenaganya dengan harga yang murah. Tak ada keadilan bagi para buruh, merekapun dilarang membentuk serikat-serikat untuk memperjuangkan hak mereka. Aparatus negara yang seharusnya membela kepentingan rakyatnya hanya mau berpihak kepada mereka-mereka para pemilik modal. Dengan siap sedia mereka memberangus hak-hak buruh dan rakyat demi kepentingan mereka sendiri. Bila ada buruh yang berani membentuk serikat atau melakukan aksi protes terhadap kebijakan perusahaanya, tak pelak mereka di cap sebagai PKI atau bahkan mendapatkan perlakuan yang tak manusiawi oleh pihak keamanan, TNI dan Polisi.

Lagi-lagi hal tersebut tak mampu menyurutkan semangat Marsinah untuk merebut kembali haknya, hingga ia bersama rekan-rekanya melakukan aksi unjuk rasa pada tanggal 4-5 Mei 1993. Mereka mengajukan 12 tuntutan terhadap menejemen PT. CPS tempat ia bekerja. Seluruh buruh ikut berunjuk rasa waktu itu, tak ketinggalan para pihak keamanan yang mengibas-ngibaskan tongkat pemukulnya dan merobek poster-poster dan spanduk para pengunjuk rasa sambil meneriaki mereka sebagai PKI. Sebuah stigmatisasi yang dilahirkan oleh sebuah rezim yang phobia terhadap komunis, karna takut akan timbulnya kekuatan-kekuatan baru yang dapat menghancurkan tirani yang mereka bangun dan mengancam kekuasaan mereka. Tak pelak semua hal yang bertentangan dengan kepentingan penguasa kala itu di anggap sebagai kegiatan subversive dan dicap PKI. Tentunya hal tersebut tak ada hubungannya sama sekali dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh Marsinah dan kawan-kawannya yang menuntut hak mereka.

Namun perjuangan Marsinah dan kawan-kawannya untuk menuntut hak mereka tak cukup berhenti sampai di situ. Pada keesokan harinya tanggal 5 Mei 1993, 13 orang buruh dipanggil Kodim Siduarjo terkait aksi unjuk rasa yang mereka lakukan kemarin. Disana ke 13 buruh tersebut di intimidasi dan mendapatkan perlakuan yang tidak manusiawi oleh pihak tentara, dan dipaksa menandatangani surat Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK). Sangatlah tidak masuk akal, melihat bagaimana pemutusan hubungan kerja tersebut justru dilakukan di Kodim Siduarjo. Pertanya besarpun terlontarkan, apa hak tentara untuk memaksa mereka melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja tersebut ? dan apakah hal tersebut sudah sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku dinegri ini ? jawabannya mungkin teman-teman sudah dapat menerkanya sendiri-sendiri.

Mendengar hal tersebut, Marsinah memutuskan mendatangi sendiri Kodim Siduarjo untuk menanyakan hal tersebut. Sampai akhirnya pada tanggal 9 Mei 1993, Marsinah diketemukan tewas di sebuah gubuk tua dihutan Dusun Jegong, Kec. Wilangun Nganjuk, dengan tanda-tanda bekas penyiksaan berat. Disekujur tubuhnya penuh luka memar bekas pukulan benda keras. Kedua pergelangannya lecet-lecet, mungkin karena diseret dalam keadaan terikat. Pada perutnya terdapat luka bekas tusukan benda runcing sedalam 20 sentimeter. Tulang panggulnya hancur karna pukulan benda keras berkali-kali. Selain itu, selaput daranya robek, dan tulang kelamin bagian depannya hancur. Ia diduga tewas sehari sebelumnya. Marsinah telah dihancurkan oleh mesin represifisme Orde Baru yang takut kehilangan hegemoni kekuasaanya.

Sebuah kenyataan yang miris, melihat seorang buruh perempuan yang dengan begitu bengis dibunuh oleh sebuah ketakutan rezim pengecut yang berkuasa kala itu. Berbagai dagelan barupun digulirkan untuk menutupi apa yang sebenarnya terjadi pada Marsinah sesaat sebelum ia diketemukan tewas, mulai dari alibi perkosaan hingga konspirasi peradilan maha dahsyat ala militer Orde Baru ikut dimainkan. Peradilan sesat yang kala itu digelar di Pengadilan Negri Siduarjo mengarahkan dugaan bahwa tewasnya Marsinah diakibat oleh pemerkosaan dan dimasukan dalam tindak kriminal umun. Hal ini tentunya dimaksudkan untuk menutup-nutupi tentang siapa dan mengapa pembunuh Marsinah sebenarnya. Namun bukti-bukti forensik menunjukan hal yang lain, desakan dari para aktivis LSM, Mahasiswa, dan buruh akhirnya berhasil menunjukan adanya rekayasa dalam kasus terbunuhnya Marsinah.

Kali ini konspirasi peradilan “maha dahsyat” ala militer Orde Baru ikut dimainkan. Beberapa orang petinggi PT. CPS dengan paksa dan tanpa prosedur resmi diangkut menuju Kodam V Brawijaya. Disana mereka mengalami intimidasi dan siksaan fisik maupun mental. Satu per satu petinggi PT.CPS tersebutpun diinterogasi dan dipakasa mengakui telah membuat skenario dan menggelar rapat untuk membunuh Marsinah. Hingga 18 hari kemudian, akhirnya diketahui mereka sudah mendekam di tahanan Polda Jatim dengan tuduhan terlibat pembunuhan Marsinah. Disini terlihat adanya rekayasa oknum aparat Kodim untuk mencari kambing hitam pembunuhan Marsinah. Pada proses peradilan mereka dinyatakan bersalah, namun akhirnya dibebaskan kembali melalui Kasasi oleh Mahkamah Agung RI. Putusan tersebut setidaknya telah menimbulkan ketidakpuasan sejumlah pihak sehingga muncul tuduhan bahwa penyelidikan kasus ini adalah "direkayasa".

Hingga hari ini tidak pernah terungkap siapa sebenarnya pembunuh Marsinah dan atas alasan Marsinah dibunuh. Tak satu orangpun mampu diseret kepengadilan yang penuh dengan mafia dan rekayasa itu. Keadilan dinegri ini nampaknya telah ditenggelamkam kedalam lautan kekuasaan beserta para korban-korbannya. Meskipun begitu, kita dan seluruh rakyat Indonesia pastinya sudah tau mengapa dan siapa pembunuh Marsinah itu. Merekalah yang membunuh Marsinah, mereka para pemilik kekuasaan beserta aparatus-aparatus negaranya lah yang telah membunuh seorang Marsinah. Ketakutan akan kekuatan yang mampu merobohkan tirani yang telah mereka bangun, telah menyebabkan dengan bengisnya mereka menghancurkan seorang buruh perempuan yang  mencoba menuntut hak-haknya.

Mungkin Marsinah telah tewas dalam perjuangannya, namun Marsinah-Marsinah baru akan terus lahir dinegri ini, manakala ketidak-adilan dan kesewang-wenangan masih terus berkecamuk dan menggilas buruh dan rakyat Indonesia. Perjuangan Marsinah belumlah berakhir, ruhnya akan terus mengalir didalam hati dan setiap denyut nadi perjuangan kaum buruh dan rakyat Indonesia menentang ketidak-adilan. Karna dinegri ini keadilan bagi buruh masih jauh dari tempatnya, keadaan buruh masihlah sangat memprihatinkan. Ditambah dengan kebijakan para elite penguasa yang kesemuanya menguntungkan kepentingan pengusaha dan tidak berpihak kepada buruh. Tidak adanya jaminan sosial, sistem kerja kontrak, perampasan upah melalui outsourching, tidak adanya perlindungan bagi kaum buruh, hingga PHK besar-besaran masih terus menghantui kehidupan buruh di Indonesia.

Kemiskinan yang semakin merajalela, fasilitas kesehatan yang semakin mahal, pendidikan yang telah dikomersialisasikan, hingga kesejahteraan yang semakin jauh terasa bagi rakyat Indonesia adalah buah dari rezim neo-liberalisme yang berkuasa hari ini. Bangsa Indonesia sedang menuju ambang kehancurannya. Runtuhnya rezim otoritarian Orde Baru tak serta merta membawa perubahan bagi rakyat Indonesia, yang terjadi hari ini hanya pembaharuan wajah otoritarianisme di dalam basis klaim politik baru, “Reformasi”. Sifat-sifat kerakusan dan ketamakannya masih terlihat jelas hingga hari, dan hingga hari ini juga keadilan masih jauh terasa bagi rakyat Indonesia.

Kita telah menjadi saksi dimana ketidak-adilan telah melahap rakyat-rakyat kecil di negri ini. Keberanian seorang buruh perempuan bernama Marsinah untuk menuntut hak-haknya dan memperjuangkan nasib teman-temannya telah membuka mata kita, bahwa keadilan di negri ini bukan untuk dipinta atau dituntut, tapi harus direbut kembali dari tangan-tangan mereka yang telah merempasnya dari kita. Perjuangan panjang itupun sudah dimulai oleh Marsinah, dan kitalah yang harus terus melanjutkannya. Singkirkanlah segala perbedaan kepercayaan, agama, perspektif maupun ideologis. Seperti yang pernah dikatakan Marsinah; “Buruh (Rakyat) belum mendapatkan keadilan sejati dari pemerintah. Buruh (Rakyat) harus menyatukan kekuatannya. Buruh (Rakyat) harus bersatu, buang kepentingan individu, dan kedepankan kepentingan buruh dan rakyat”.MAS

Aku kira, aku saja yang setuju tato tidak lah haram dalam agama. Ternyata, keharaman tato dalam agama selama ini adalah semata buatan manusia itu sendiri.

Aku selama ini mencari dalil-dalil agama yang menyatakan tato itu haram... ternyata memang tidak diketemukan, maka jadi lah akumenggambar tato ditubuh saya.

Ketika jalan-jalan ke Yahoo!Answer&Question... aku melihat topik pertanyaan yang lumayan hangat jawabannya... rata-rata para penjawab menjawab dengan pikiran mereka sendiri, tidak logic serta berat sepihak. Aku pun tergerak untuk menjawab dengan fakta yang selama ini aku dapatkan dalam misi pencarian dalil haram tidaknya tato.

If you own can not know the answer to "WHICH ARE YOU AS AN ANTI MEDIA?" Means I dare to believe you on definitely confused by these questions next companion! Understandably, I am smart people (now you know my degree) so I been made an article on some media when in school ... I still know all, I never carry it the name of the nation and the State when the Sea Games and a group aubade State building on late 90s ... I was often so special extras (because I am a member of the theater besides big fish because I pretty well) and being chased or equal admired artist and film director ... so, I want to show how many times was mediated, I still would not be proud ... because I do really heavy narcissistic like those italic text that you read just now! ;P

The one says A the other one says B ... which is said ONE some say TWO ... so it is still questionable and can not unites with all, still the same self-righteous about ANTI MEDIA,, right elbow left elbow all ... HAAAA ... BORING ,, BETTER DRINKING BEER & POGO THAN JUST SEE THIS travesty! 

No need to ask you my perceptions about ANTI MEDIA ... lazy me if you want to plagiarism me! It is up to you guys say i sentiment or "do not know well are you??" Aka stupid or stingy or arrogant ...
